Products shown as available are normally dispatched within 48 hours. Payment is taken when you place the order. If live inventory changes before checkout is completed, Shopify will prevent the unavailable item from being purchased.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us using the details above. Certain items (such as opened food supplements, for hygiene reasons) may not be eligible for return once opened — this doesn’t affect your right to cancel an unopened or faulty item.

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have an existing medical condition. Do not exceed the stated recommended dose.

Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

We aim to dispatch UK orders within 48 hours. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. Free UK shipping applies on orders over £60.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
